The qathet Division of Family Practice is a nonprofit that supports family physicians in strengthening primary care in qathet.
Our small team works closely with family physicians, nurse practitioners, specialists, and community partners.
From connecting qathet residents to care through the Health Connect Registry to offering education and peer support, our goal is simple: healthier people, supported providers, and a stronger community.
A healthy and resilient community.
Improve primary care for the benefit of patients and providers.
Continuous improvement: Being adaptive and striving for excellence.
Accountability: Strengthening trust through openness and reflective action.
Collaboration: Working in partnership to build and sustain a healthier community.
Equity: Working towards fair and just opportunities for health and wellness.
As a nonprofit, the qathet Division of Family Practice is governed by a Board of Directors that provides oversight, helps set priorities, and keeps us accountable to our members and community.

3. A priority that focuses on supporting PCPs' ability to meet patients' needs and address access to health care for all residents in our community.
