The learning outcome for this session includes:
Integrate locally available chronic pain services and referral pathways into patient care plans to improve function, self-management and access to appropriate support.
Assess and differentiate common presentations of chronic pain in primary care, and identify patients who may benefit from interdisciplinary or community-based supports.
This event is open to all Family Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Specialists, Residents, Locums & students.
Dinner will be served at 5:30pm for those who register, with the presentation to start at 6:00pm.
