Clear the complexity and confusion surrounding practice changes and gain clarity with practical solutions and suggestions through the Demystifying Practice Changes event.
This follow‑up session builds on our inaugural Demystifying Practice Changes event held in 2025, although prior attendance is not required. This event is open to all Family Physicians, Specialists and Nurse Practitioners.
Demystifying Practice Changes will feature presentations and discussions and will focus on how physicians can sustainably adjust their practice over time, therefore improving work-life balance, reducing workload and fatigue, and finding greater professional fulfillment while slowly and intentionally letting go.
Learning Objectives:
Identify practical strategies to improve work–life balance, manage fatigue, and reduce cognitive load within current practice
Explore approaches to boundary-setting, workload adjustment, and available supports from the qathet Division of Family Practice for scaling back or coverage
Reflect on drivers of professional fulfillment while engaging in peer discussion to normalize challenges and share solutions
